		Debra L. Brownfield - Vice-President Debra@PeakPerformanceSBS.com With roots in an entrepreneurial family Debra successfully organized and led a real estate appraisal firm for several years.  Debra attended Colorado Mountain College acquiring an education as well as love for the outdoors.  Debra’s talents lie in mentoring and emotional intelligence.  Labeled by peers as a Pedagogue she thrives on teaching others to reach a higher purpose personally and higher performance in their professional lives.  She is a constant adherent to the philosophy that to teach we must constantly be taught.  Vast experience in the retail and finance industries combined with dedication to a life of learning and thought she has been able to assist others to facilitate positive changes to achieve their goals.  Debra lives in a small Missouri community and spends time writing, playing guitar, cooking and volunteering.
